Enniskillen is the only town in the British Isles to raise two regiments bearing its name, the Inniskilling Dragoons and Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers. The castle dates back to the 15th century. Its most stunning feature is the Watergate, a twin turreted tower that still guards the approach from the River Erne.
